Vincent Debanne was nominated by Les Rencontres d’Arles to make new work in rural Slovakia, hosted by Dom Fotografie.
‘Dreamworks’ is a series of photomontage fantasies which reference socialist propaganda and contemporary advertising campaigns in their portrayal of Slovakian workers in the country’s booming leisure industry.
‘Dreamworks’ has been exhibited in Spain, Slovakia, the Netherlands and at Les Rencontres d’Arles.
